Ingredients
Oat flour: If you don’t have any at home, simply blitz half a cup (or more if you want to save some for later use) of whole rolled oats in a blender for 10-15 seconds and voila! Your very own DIY oat flour!
Peanut butter: I love PB so this is what I’m using but feel free to swap it out for another nut butter like cashew butter or almond butter!
Honey: Try and stick to raw honey for better taste and more nutritional benefits. You can also swap the honey for maple syrup, or another sweetener of your choice!
Matcha powder: You should be able to find this powder of goodness in most health foods stores or a variety of online retailers. TIP: look for a matcha that has a nice deep green colour as this indicates a higher quality.
Chia seeds: Any chia seeds will work well! Don’t skip these as chia seeds have LOADS of nutritional benefits and plenty of fibre!
Protein powder: An optional add-in if you want some extra protein. I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder in mine!
These easy matcha dessert balls are seriously one of my favourite recipes to make and I hope they become one of yours! Even if you have so little time and so MATCHA to do, be sure to try these out and let me know what you think!
