5 Ingredient Matcha Dessert Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter or preferred nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or preferred sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional
  • 1 scoop of protein powder vanilla flavour works well!

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon until the dough resembles wet sand*
  2.  Scoop the mixture using a spoon or hands and roll into balls*
  3. Refrigerate or enjoy immediately!

Notes

*If the mixture is not coming together, feel free to add a bit more nut butter or honey until it does.
*You may also wish to coat these in chocolate of choice, matcha dust or crushed nuts. Freeze matcha balls for 10 minutes before coating in melted chocolate to avoid a chocolatey mess.
Storage: Store in fridge for up to two weeks.
