Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon until the dough resembles wet sand*
- Scoop the mixture using a spoon or hands and roll into balls*
- Refrigerate or enjoy immediately!
Notes
*If the mixture is not coming together, feel free to add a bit more nut butter or honey until it does.
*You may also wish to coat these in chocolate of choice, matcha dust or crushed nuts. Freeze matcha balls for 10 minutes before coating in melted chocolate to avoid a chocolatey mess.
Storage: Store in fridge for up to two weeks.
