4-Ingredient No-Bake Protein Cookie Dough (Vegan, Gluten-free)

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp runny peanut butter natural
  • scoop flavoured protein powder 45 grams

Method
 

  1. Blend the cooked chickpeas until completely smooth and lump-free.
  2. Add in the peanut butter, protein powder*, and maple syrup. Blend until a thick, cookie-dough-like texture forms.
  3. Mix through any optional add-ins and enjoy straight away, or place in the fridge for an hour for a firmer texture.

Notes

*Make sure to use a plant-based flavoured protein powder if following a vegan diet.
