Ingredients
Method
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 170 C.
- Add pitted dates and nut butter to a food processor/blender and blend until a smooth paste forms.
- Add cocoa powder and blend again until the dough comes together.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten and shape them on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for approximately 7 minutes, until set around the edges but still soft in the center.
- Allow them to cool fully and set. Enjoy!
Notes
*If your dates look dry, place them in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them soak for 10 minutes to soften before draining and squeezing out excess water.
