Since I can remember, I have been passionate about baking and cooking, and in recent years have taken a more health focused approach. With a background in Psychology and my own eating habits in the past, I have learnt how important a balanced and nutritious diet is for both physical and mental health. I’m a huge advocate for healthy foods being accessible to everyone, which is why my recipes use mostly simple and pantry staple ingredients. Healthy doesn’t have to break the bank!
When life gets busy or stressful for me, I tend to reach for the less nutritious kind of snacks (I’m only human!) because I don’t have time or energy for anything else. That’s why my blog focuses on nutritious recipes that require very little time or effort and are meal-prep friendly, so that you always have plenty of options that will leave you feeling GOOD.
I find a lot of the nutritional information out there can be overwhelming and way too technical! So I’ve decided to break it down and give you super easy explanations on certain food and supplement benefits, how to nourish your body and so much more.
