Method
- In a pan on low heat, mix honey, cinnamon and salt until the honey has thinned out. Turn the stove off.
- Add the cashews into the pan and stir thoroughly until cashews are evenly coated.
- Place the cashews onto a lined tray and air fry for 8-10 minutes at 180℃ until golden brown. Check on cashews at 5 minutes and mix cashews to ensure even roasting.*
- Allow 20-25 minutes for cashews to cool completely and harden before breaking into smaller pieces.
- Store in airtight container for up to two weeks and enjoy!
Notes
* if using a regular oven, roast cashews for 10 minutes at 180c or until golden brown.
